2. Service description
The Application provides remote control for the DJI Osmo 360 camera from compatible Wear OS devices (Bluetooth connection, record/capture, mode switching, and related features such as tiles, depending on version).
3. Unofficial product — DJI disclaimer
The Application is an independent, unofficial product.
- It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by DJI, SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd., or any of their affiliates or related brands.
- DJI, Osmo, and other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible hardware.
- The Application is not a DJI product and does not replace official DJI apps (including DJI Mimo).
4. Protocol, SDK, and compatibility (technical disclaimer)
The Application may use unofficial or incompletely publicly documented communication protocols, Bluetooth interfaces, or other mechanisms to interact with the camera.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- if DJI changes the firmware, communication protocol, SDK, APIs, Bluetooth pairing, or other aspects of the Osmo 360 or DJI ecosystem, the Application may stop working in part or in full, immediately or over time;
- we do not guarantee compatibility with all camera firmware versions, hardware revisions, or all Wear OS / Android versions;
- we may need time (or may be unable) to adapt the Application after third-party changes;
- use of the Application is at your own risk regarding continuity of remote control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF Roda Development is not liable for losses arising from incompatibilities or interruptions caused by changes by DJI, the watch manufacturer, Google, or other third parties.
5. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible devices under these Terms.
You may not: copy or redistribute the Application without authorization; reverse engineer except as allowed by law; use the Application unlawfully; interfere with its security or that of others.
6. Responsible use and safety
You must use the Application lawfully and responsibly. Controlling a camera may involve risks (e.g. recording in inappropriate settings, distraction, use while driving or during sports). You are responsible for complying with applicable law and for using the camera and watch carefully.
Close DJI Mimo or other apps holding the camera’s Bluetooth connection before pairing with this Application when required.
7. Purchases and pricing
If the Application offers paid features, purchases are processed through Google Play under Google’s policies. We may change features in future versions in line with applicable consumer law.
8. Availability
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or technical reasons, or loss of camera compatibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF Roda Development is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, lost recordings, inability to control the camera, or damages from Bluetooth failures, third-party firmware, or protocol/SDK changes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law (including, where applicable, willful misconduct or gross negligence).
10. Intellectual property
The Application’s software, design, and content (excluding third-party marks) belong to AF Roda Development or its licensors. DJI/Osmo marks belong to their owners.
11. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the Application at any time. We may restrict access where required by law or where use would compromise security or integrity.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (including the EU where applicable).
