This Privacy Policy explains how AF Roda Development (“we”) handles information related to the Remote for DJI OSMO 360 app (com.osmo360remote) for Wear OS.

Remote for DJI OSMO 360 is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by DJI, SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd., or any of their affiliates. DJI, Osmo, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Information we process
The app is designed with data minimization. In general:
#### Bluetooth and nearby devices
To discover and connect to your DJI Osmo 360, the app uses Bluetooth (and, when required by the system, nearby-devices / approximate location permission solely for Bluetooth scanning).
That information is used only on-device to pair and control the camera. We do not send it to our servers (we do not run a user backend for this app).
#### Camera status and local preferences
Data such as connection state, selected mode, or app preferences may be stored locally on the watch.
#### What we do not collect
We do not intentionally collect:
- AF Roda user accounts for this app;
- camera video or photo recordings on our servers;
- payment data (if purchases are added later, Google Play would process them);
- web browsing history;
- behavioral advertising profiles.
3. How we use information
Only to:
- connect and control the camera from Wear OS;
- show session status (e.g. recording / connected);
- remember local preferences;
- meet legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use this app’s information for behavioral advertising.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where GDPR / EU rules apply, processing is based on:
- your consent when granting system permissions;
- performance of the service you request (camera remote control);
- legitimate interest in maintaining app security and integrity, where applicable.
5. Third parties
The app may interact with:
- Google / Wear OS / Google Play (system, distribution, possible purchases);
- your DJI Osmo 360 camera over Bluetooth (third-party hardware and firmware).
Those services and devices are governed by their owners’ policies. We do not control processing by DJI or other third parties outside this app.
6. Retention and security
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or reset the watch. We apply reasonable design measures; no method is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability. Because we do not maintain an account server with your data for this app, the usual path is managing permissions and data on the device, or contacting us at the email below.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
