These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of Live Stems (com.livestems) (the “Application”), developed by AF Roda Development.
By installing or using the Application, you accept these Terms and Google Play’s terms. If you disagree, do not use the Application.

2. Description
Live Stems lets you prepare and play stems and related musical material for rehearsal and performance on Android, with optional Wear OS features, practice tools (e.g. tuner), and local device-to-device sync.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible devices under these Terms.
You may not redistribute the Application without authorization, reverse engineer except as allowed by law, use it unlawfully, or interfere with its security.
4. User content and third-party rights
You are solely responsible for audio and materials you import, play, or sync. You must hold the required licenses and permissions (copyright, performances, masters, etc.). AF Roda Development does not review or endorse your content.
5. Live use and liability
Stage, rehearsal, or public use is at your own risk (volume, electrical/audio safety, local rules, public performance rights, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for audio dropouts, latency, local-network failures, Wear OS issues, or third-party hardware.
6. Availability
The Application is provided “as is.” We may change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee compatibility with all Android / Wear OS devices or uninterrupted availability.
7. Purchases
If there are purchases or subscriptions, they are handled via Google Play under Google’s policies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF Roda Development is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of audio files, or failures caused by third parties (Google, device maker, local network).
Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.
9. Governing law
Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country (including the EU).
