#### Precise Location
The application requires access to your device's precise location solely to allow you to save and later retrieve the location of your parked vehicle.
Your location is:
- processed locally on your device;
- used only to provide the parking location feature;
- never transmitted to our servers;
- never sold or shared with third parties.
Location access is entirely controlled through your device settings and may be revoked at any time.
#### Google Sign-In (Optional)
The application includes an optional cloud backup feature.
If you choose to use this feature, you may sign in with your Google Account.
Google Sign-In is used exclusively to:
- authenticate your identity;
- authorize access to your own Google Drive;
- allow backup and restore of your application data.
Signing in is entirely optional.
If you do not sign in, the application continues to function normally except that cloud backup and restore will not be available.
#### Google Drive Backup
When cloud backup is enabled:
- backup files are stored exclusively in your own Google Drive account;
- backup files remain under your control;
- we do not receive copies of your backup files;
- we cannot access, read or modify your backup files;
- we do not store backup data on our own servers.
You may delete your backup files directly from your Google Drive account at any time.
#### In-App Purchases
The application offers optional premium features available through Google Play Billing.
All payments are securely processed by Google.
We do not receive or store:
- payment card information;
- bank account information;
- billing addresses;
- payment credentials.
We receive only the information necessary from Google Play to verify whether a purchase or subscription is active so that premium features can be unlocked on your device.
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds and payment methods are managed entirely by Google.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store:
- your precise location;
- your Google Drive files;
- your Google account password;
- your payment card information;
- advertising identifiers;
- marketing information;
- browsing history;
- contacts;
- photos;
- microphone recordings;
- analytics data (unless explicitly stated in a future version);
- crash reports (unless explicitly stated in a future version).
4. Permissions Used
The application uses the following permissions solely to provide its functionality:

The application communicates only with Google services that you explicitly choose to use:

We do not transfer or store your personal information on our own infrastructure.
If you use Google services, your information may be processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
9. Data Retention
We do not maintain servers containing user personal information.
Application data stored locally remains on your device until you remove it.
Backup files remain in your Google Drive account until you delete them.
Purchase verification information is provided by Google Play only as necessary to determine premium entitlement.

Depending on your country of residence, including users within the European Union, the United Kingdom, California and other jurisdictions, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information.
Because we do not maintain copies of your personal data, you can generally manage your information directly by:
- deleting the application's local data;
- revoking location permission;
- revoking Google Drive access from your Google Account;
- deleting backup files from Google Drive;
- managing subscriptions and purchases through Google Play.

The application is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
