How to request deletion

1. Go to the Deletion request form at the bottom of this page.
2. Choose the AF Roda Development app whose data you want deleted from the dropdown.
3. Enter the email you signed up or signed in with in that app (for example, your Google account).
4. Tick the confirmation box and press Request deletion.
5. We will email you at that address to confirm you own the account. Nothing is deleted without that verification.
6. Once verified, we delete your data within 30 days at most and confirm it by email.

Alternatively, email email with the subject "Delete my data", the app name, and your account email.

You don't need to submit a request to delete data stored only on your device. Go to Settings › Apps › [app] › Storage › Clear data, or uninstall the app.

Data that is deleted

Data type	Examples
Account data	Email, name, profile picture, user ID, and sign-in with Google or other networks
App content on our servers	Profile, progress, scores, synced preferences, and content you uploaded
Usage and diagnostic data linked to your account	Usage statistics, device identifiers, and crash reports

Data that is retained and retention periods

Data type	Why it is retained	Period
Encrypted backups	Removed automatically by the rolling backup cycle. Not restored except for security or disaster recovery	Up to 30 days after deletion

Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
