We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices under these terms.
Limitation
Thunder Distance Meter provides an estimate based on the delay between lightning and thunder. We do not guarantee scientific accuracy or suitability for professional safety use.
Use it only as informational support and always follow guidance from competent authorities.
3. Availability
The app is provided “as is.” We may change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with all Wear OS / Android devices.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AF Roda Development is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of the app.
