These Terms of Use apply to the Orbit Snake for Wear OS app (com.circularsnake). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms and Google Play’s terms.

2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices under these terms.
Game use
Orbit Snake is an arcade game for Wear OS. You must use it for personal, non-commercial purposes without prior authorization.
Leaderboards, if available, may be subject to anti-cheat rules. We reserve the right to invalidate scores obtained abusively.
3. Availability
The app is provided “as is.” We may change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with all Wear OS / Android devices.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AF Roda Development is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
