These Terms of Use apply to the Challenz The Game app (com.challenzthegame). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms and Google Play’s terms.

2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices under these terms.
Conduct
You must use Challenz respectfully. Harassment, illegal content, cheating, or room abuse is prohibited.
We may suspend access to online features if these rules are violated.
User-generated content
Challenges and messages you post in the game are your responsibility. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content incompatible with these terms.
Purchases and ads
In-app purchases and ads are also governed by Google Play’s terms and those of involved providers.
3. Availability
The app is provided “as is.” We may change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with all Wear OS / Android devices.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AF Roda Development is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
